Job Summary

Manage and lead daily site operations for projects involving 100–200 personnel, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant delivery within project scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site operations to achieve project milestones while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Develop and execute manpower planning and deployment strategies to optimize workforce productivity and discipline
• Collaborate with supervisors, clients, and subcontractors to resolve operational challenges and align project objectives
• Enforce compliance with regulatory, safety, and contractual requirements to mitigate risks and uphold standards
• Prepare detailed operational and manpower reports to inform project tracking and decision-making
