Job Description: Operation Manager

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including warehouse, and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
• ​Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the company, leveraging industry contacts as appropriate.
• ​Responsible for coordination and control of processes to maintain yield.
• ​Develop and implement safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• ​Manage the budget for the factory, including the cost of materials, labour, and overhead expenses.
• ​Train, supervise and manage the factory staff to ensure that all employees are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.
• ​Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure that the company remains competitive.
• ​Address areas of non-compliance as and when appropriate in a professional manner.
