Job Description

Reporting to the Site/Operations Manager, the Operations Management Associate will be deployed to support day-to-day operational functions at assigned client locations. This role provides hands-on exposure to operations management, compliance, and coordination across various environments.

Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the Site/Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations at assigned locations
  • Uphold and enforce company policies, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a point of contact for on-site personnel, clients, and service providers
  • Conduct routine operational checks, including hygiene, safety, and inventory monitoring where applicable
  • Perform periodic audits (e.g. cash handling, documentation, or operational compliance)
  • Assist in coordination of service workflows, including order handling or operational processes where required
  • Maintain overall standards of site presentation, cleanliness, and staff professionalism
  • Liaise with external contractors, vendors, and suppliers for operational support
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related discipline
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (based on deployment needs)
  • Well-groomed with a professional and approachable attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable handling basic audit tasks (e.g. cash, inventory, or compliance checks)
  • Flexible and open to deployment across different locations or projects
