Duties:
1. Payment Operations & Performance

• Monitor daily transactions and ensure high success rates
• Track performance, identify issues, and improve payment processes
• Work with Product and Tech teams to enhance system reliability

2. Issue Resolution & Reconciliation

• Handle payment issues (failed transactions, delays, discrepancies)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. banks) to resolve issues
• Support settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and chargebacks

3. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify recurring issues and improve workflows
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

4. Merchant Operations

• Support merchant onboarding, setup, and activation
• Coordinate with vendors for installations and troubleshooting
• Ensure smooth transition from Sales to Operations

Requirement:

• 3–5 years of experience in payments, fintech, or operations
• Familiar with POS systems or payment platforms (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in reconciliation or payment investigations is a plus
• Able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
