Job Description:

• Plan and oversee daily blending operations in line with customer orders, sales forecasts, inventory availability, and production capacity.
• Control stock movements and maintain proper inventory management to support production needs, working closely with procurement to prevent shortages or excess stock while optimizing inventory levels.
• Liaise with the QC team to ensure in-process inspections and final product testing are conducted and approved according to standards.
• Schedule and assign manpower based on workload priorities, while monitoring attendance, overtime, and shift arrangements to maximize workforce efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations for drivers and operators, identify training requirements, and support the development of skills in blending operations, safety practices, and equipment handling.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policies as well as all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the safe handling, movement, and storage of chemicals, ensuring proper labeling and segregation of hazardous materials.
• Monitor key production metrics such as cycle time, output, and efficiency, identify areas for process improvement, and support the implementation of manufacturing best practices, including GMP.
• Lead and collaborate with the logistics team to ensure finished goods are delivered accurately and on schedule.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Chemical Industry or any manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
