- Assist Operations Manager in their daily work

- Daily updates on assigned operation team progress to Operations Manager

- Preliminary planning & documentation of new projects assigned

- Manage & oversee the daily operations of the operations team

- Ensure operations team is able to execute their work efficiently

- Identify issues / problems encountered by operation team and provide effective recommendations to resolve the issues / problems

- Liaise and coordinate with clients on site progress on timely basis

- Liaising with supplier, vendor and subcontractors as necessary

- Orientate new team members on operations procedures and processes

- Coordination with office’s admin & finance department on payment and billing matters

Requirements:

- At least 2 years experience in supervisory role

- Good proficiency in computer and MS office

- Able to work under pressure

- Good analytical, organizational and time-management abilities

- Able to multi-tasks

- 6 Day work week
