job Description & Requirements

• Terminal clearance - inbound and outbound.
• Check flight alerts & pre-alerts.
• Coordinate with Network offices & customers.
• Scanning, processing & labeling of shipments.
• Knowledge of MAWB / HAWB & other cargo-related documents.
• Should have handled Outlook – emails.
• Data entries in the system and ensure all shipments are delivered as per SLA.
• Imports & Exports – To Coordinate with the CS team and Vendors.
• Singapore Deliveries – coordinate with Vendors and in-house delivery team.
• Advantage if the candidate has work experience in freight/courier industry.
• MUST HAVE CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENCE.
