We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations& Marketing Executive to support the daily operations and marketingactivities of our travel agency. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor ensuring smooth tour operations, coordinating with suppliers and customers,and implementing marketing initiatives to promote our travel products andservices.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day travel bookings, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel-related services.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers to secure reservations and negotiate rates.
• Prepare travel itineraries, tour documents, and operational reports.
• Monitor booking status and ensure all arrangements are accurately confirmed and communicated to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide pre-trip and post-trip support.
• Assist in managing group tours, FIT (Free Independent Traveller) bookings, and corporate travel arrangements.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel packages and services.
• Manage and update the company's website, social media platforms, and online travel portals.
• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, newsletters, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Coordinate participation in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
