Job Description
- Provide support in the daily operations administration.
- Handle order processing tasks, ensuring accurate data entry and record updates in the system.
- Assist in the scheduling and planning of measurement and installation works, aligning with established procedures and customer needs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to manage the daily deployment of trucks and drivers.
- Support vehicle scheduling and related coordination efforts.
- Prepare drawings, utilizing CAD software when needed.
- Facilitate communication between departments and sub-contractors to ensure proper order fulfillment, documentation, and billing.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive documentation, including cost details, for further departmental processing.
- Conduct verification of sub-contractor billings to ensure accuracy.
- Manage office administrative tasks, including filing and scanning.
- Complete additional assigned duties as required.
