Job Summary

The Office Manager is overall responsible for the HR, administrative and other supporting functions at Techwise Singapore office to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the company. The Office Manager will also supervise the HR and administrative roles at all Techwise branch offices.  

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the HR, administrative and document control roles of Techwise Group.
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Singapore Office.
• Performing HR and administrative duties.
• Providing document control and logistics support to the project teams.
• Training of new administrative staff.
• Assisting in developing company policies and office operation procedures.
• Conducting induction and orientation for new staff on company policies and business operation procedures.
• Organizing teambuilding and team bonding events. 
• Nurturing Techwise Culture, implementing Techwise Six Core Values and ensuring compliance of Techwise Ten Good Practices throughout all Techwise offices.

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in business administration or other similar areas.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in the offshore and marine industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well organized and attention to details.
• Efficient, proactive and reliable.
