Job Description

School in East area Singapore seeking Office Attendant, on a contract basis (1 year, possibly renewable).

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hour

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.30pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
  • Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)

Key Job Roles

1. Front Desk & Reception: Manage all front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting students with their requests.

2. Printing: Perform tasks like photocopying, binding, laminating, collating documents, and printing materials like school worksheets, examination papers, and company reports.

3. Office Administration: Monitor and maintain printing supplies (paper, toner), ensure the printing area is organised, and provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.

4. Event & Operational Support: Provide logistical support for school events and activities.

5. Any other duties assigned by the school.

Requirements

1. Qualifications

  • At least a GCE 'O' Level Certification or equivalent

2. Working Experience

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in providing similar operational and administrative services

3. Competencies

  • Possesses fundamental knowledge and skills to handle customer service matters, office administration and operational tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (such as Word and Excel)
  • Good at handling office equipment like office printing machine and photocopier
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, resourceful, and a strong team player
