Job Description of Office Assistant:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various administrative and organizational duties to support professionals and the firm's operations
  • Filing, scanning and maintaining organized physical and digital documents
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining tidy common areas, and ensuring the office runs smoothly
  • Manage reception and operations functions, creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors
  • Dealing with other ad-hoc office administration support as and when necessary
  • Administrative and on-site support for client and internal events (Only when necessary)
