Job Description of Office Assistant:
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative and organizational duties to support professionals and the firm's operations
- Filing, scanning and maintaining organized physical and digital documents
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining tidy common areas, and ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Manage reception and operations functions, creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff and visitors
- Dealing with other ad-hoc office administration support as and when necessary
- Administrative and on-site support for client and internal events (Only when necessary)
