Job Description
- Oversee front desk operations, greet visitors, and manage registrations, notifications, and visitor passes.
- Arrange seating, refreshments, and equipment, ensuring rooms are fully functional for guest bookings.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors, record repair requests, and supervise office maintenance activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels in pantry, reception, and shared spaces; coordinate cleaning schedules.
- Provide logistical support for office events, including decorations and arrangements for team gatherings.
- Monitor and order supplies, handle filing, courier services, deliveries, mail, and perform ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- O Level & above.
- Minimum 2 years of office admin cum receptionist experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
