Job Summary
Support administrative functions by managing sales promoter time cards, preparing letters of appointment, and updating company records such as annual leave and payslips to ensure accurate and efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and verify time cards for sales promoters to ensure accurate attendance tracking and payroll processing
- Prepare Letters of Appointment (LOA) for new hires or contract renewals to support HR documentation
- Update and maintain company records including annual leave balances, payslips, and other employee data through accurate data entry and administrative processes
