Role: Nurse Supervisor

Location: PULSE Clinic, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-time

To support the development, coordination, and implementation of high-quality sexual health and GP services within a specialized primary-care clinic which serves a diverse patient population. The role focuses on service quality, clinical workflow optimization, staff education, governance, and patient experience.

The successful candidate should ideally have experience and competence in quality patient care and/or healthcare operations. The candidate should be a motivated, hands-on leader with good communications and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1.    Direct Patient Care and Coordination of Service Experience

Together with our doctors,

•              Provide exemplary high-quality patient services in our clinic, which serves local and international clients.

•              Support smooth patient flow, appointment systems, and care coordination between clinicians, laboratories, and pharmacy.

•              Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and propose improvements.

•              Additional training will be provided e.g., phlebotomy course to meet service needs.

2.    Clinical Governance & Quality Improvement

Together with our doctors,

•               Develop, implement, and monitor clinical pathways and operational SOPs based on local/international best practices aligned to Singapore context.

•               Support clinic compliance with relevant MOH, PDPA, NEHR, HSA, and clinic-specific governance standards.

•               Participate in and facilitate audit cycles, KPI tracking, incident reviews, and policy updates.

•               Review and advise on quality of documentation, infection control workflows, and patient safety practices.

2. Education, Training & Mentorship

Together with our doctors,

•              Develop clinical workflows, competency checklists, training programs, and continuing education plans.

4. Stakeholder Communication & Interface

Together with our doctors,

•              Act as liaison between patients, healthcare team, management, operations, laboratory, pharmacy, and external partners.

•              Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and service development committees.
