• Oversee residents daily, ensuring their welfare, discipline, and compliance with institution standards.
• Provide support during emergencies.
• Apply Trauma-informed practices in day-to-day interactions.
• Maintain safety and security through body and property checks, security patrols, dorm inspections, and conduct urine tests as needed.
• Address and manage the daily living needs of residents in the hostel.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
• Participate in task forces to support and carry out necessary tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts.
