Responsibilities:

• Oversee residents’ daily welfare, discipline, and regimentation standards.

• Ensure safety and security through checks, patrols, and emergency support.

• Apply trauma-informed practices in daily interactions with residents.

• Provide care for residents’ daily living needs and build positive relationships.

• Participate in taskforce duties and support assigned operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum of GCE 'N' or 'O' levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma

• Independent, resourceful and responsible

• Firm in upholding the standards and responsive in dealing with people

• Possess good communication and writing skills

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc
