Job Duties:

• Greet and direct customers to kiosk
• Verify customers' on appointment timing, providing assistant as required
• Direct customers to respective meeting rooms
• Provide assistance for basic enquiries from customers
• Ensure drop boxes of documents are cleared and documents are collected promptly
• Follow up with customers to collect documents
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of area at all times
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
