Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and installation of property systems and facilities
• Manage vendors/contractors for sports facilities, façades, landscaping
• Monitoring, maintenance, issue resolution
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Maintain records of maintenance, utilities, and contractor performance
• Support leasing team with technical aspects of amenities

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years’ property management experience with technical exposure
