Job Description
Benefits Administration
Manage end-to-end group insurance enrolment, updates, and offboarding
Administer employee benefits programmes including PruSharePlus, Staff Purchase Scheme, and Recognition initiatives
Serve as a go-to resource for benefits-related queries and communications
HR Operations
Support work pass applications and renewals
Handle employee requests across leave management and remote working arrangements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with data integrity standards
Deliver responsive, customer-focused support for HR-related enquiries
Payroll Support
Assist with payroll data preparation, including leave records and claims inputs
Coordinate statutory submissions such as CPF contributions and tax filing
Ensure all payroll documentation is properly maintained for audit readiness
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or an administrative HR role
Familiarity with Workday and/or payroll systems will be an advantage
