• Conduct periodic compliance reviews of the sales agency force, including document assessments and interviews with sales representatives and their supervisors
• Analyse findings from reviews to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement across the agency network
• Prepare clear reports summarising key findings and recommendations for agency supervisors and internal governance committees
• Engage with agency supervisors to communicate review outcomes and follow up on recommended actions in a timely manner
• Work closely with the agency force to understand their business processes, identify compliance gaps, and recommend sustainable corrective actions
• Support ad-hoc data analysis, projects, and reviews as directed by the team lead
