• Support and monitor end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely implementation with high quality.
• Lead product launch discussions with stakeholders, aligning business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise scope and changes, ensuring agreed launch timelines are not compromised.
• Lead the documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and business rules
• Collaborating with various stakeholders for alignment of various solutions
• Review and validate requirements to ensure readiness for development, testing, and implementation.
• Translate and review business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Accountable for UAT planning, execution, coordination, and sign-off, ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform post-deployment verification.
