Job Description:

• Support the administering of the regular competency reviews to be conducted with the sales agency force in the Company.
• To conduct periodic reviews and enhancements of the framework and efficiency
• Examine records, reports and other documents
• Conduct interviews with the sales representatives and their supervisors to validate and clarify the observations made from the documentation reviews
• To identify trends and potential gaps noted from the competency reviews and assist in the preparation of the report on the findings to the different Governance Committee(s) in the form of regular MI reporting.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in preferably in Business, Compliance, and/or Finance related fields
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• Some experience in regulatory reporting, risk and compliance will be an added advantage
