Job Duties:

• Assist in the preparation, update and maintenance of prospectuses, product highlight sheets, information memorandums, reports etc.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, operations, investment teams) and external service providers to facilitate documentation updates and regulatory filings.
• Support dissemination of fund documentation with regulators and relevant parties
• Maintain proper records for all fund documentation.
• Provide administrative and coordination support including data collation, reporting updates and preparation of materials
• Assist with routine product administration matters, including tracking of approvals, renewals, and periodic reporting requirements.
• Support ongoing product lifecycle activities
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Product Management Director and the broader Product Management team as required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services or a similar administrative or product support role
• Prior exposure to fund documentation or regulatory filings is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
