🛡️ Perimeter Defense & Engineering

Command the Perimeter: Maintain enterprise security systems with a heavy focus on Bluecoat Proxy, Checkpoint, and Palo Alto firewalls.
Slay Network Outages: Rapidly investigate and fix critical business system outages caused by firewall, proxy, or remote access blocks.
Packet Detective: Use tcpdump, pcap, and Wireshark to deep-dive into network traffic and isolate root causes.
Escalate & Track: Collaborate closely with engineering teams and vendors to drive complex issues to a fast resolution.

⚙️ Advanced Projects & Upgrades

Execute Complex Changes: Drive projects beyond standard operations, managing multi-stage software upgrades, hardware installs, and configuration activities.
Enforce Compliance: Analyze customer requirements to ensure all designs strictly follow information security policies and guidelines.
Continuous Improvement: Provide engineering support to implement new infrastructure and upgrade legacy hardware.

Firewalls: Deep hands-on mastery of Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint (Secure Platform Pro & Gaia), and Juniper (SRX/Netscreen).
