Job Scope:

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancer.

• Perform system configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure network stability and availability.

• Support AWS networking and connectivity between cloud and on-premise environments, including VPC, VPN, and related network services.

• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with internal teams and external providers.

• Monitor network performance, investigate incidents, and resolve connectivity or performance issues.

• Support firewall configurations, security controls, and remediation activities to maintain a secure environment.

• Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

• Participate in change implementation, maintenance activities, and after-hours support when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.

• Hands-on experience with networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.

• Experience supporting AWS networking components such as VPC, subnets, security groups, and VPN connectivity.

• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

• Exposure to enterprise firewall technologies such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point will be advantageous.

• Preferred certifications: CCNA, AWS Associate, or equivalent.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Willingness to support after-hours maintenance and operational activities.
