Network Engineer (CCNP Preferred) – Contract (Renewable)

Overview We are looking for a Network Engineer to support the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of enterprise network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and security of network systems while supporting ongoing operational and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily network operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution
• Manage network changes, upgrades, and configuration updates across enterprise infrastructure
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Support network performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization activities
• Ensure network infrastructure aligns with security policies and compliance standards
• Participate in network projects including implementation, migration, and technology refresh initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and service delivery
• Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures
• Provide support for escalated network-related incidents and service requests

Requirements

• CCNP certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or network support
• Strong experience in LAN/WAN environments
• Good knowledge of routing, switching, firewall concepts, and network security
• Experience with enterprise network troubleshooting and incident management
• Familiar with network monitoring tools and performance analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
