About Us:

D-Synergy Tech Systems is an established Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving SME and enterprise clients across Singapore and Malaysia. We deliver networking, cybersecurity, managed internet, storage/backup, and IT support solutions. You will work directly with the Technical Director and handle real client environments from day one.

We are looking for a hands-on Network Engineer to join our Singapore team. This is a field + office hybrid role — you will be deploying, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure across multiple client sites including hotels, retail, and commercial properties.

This role suits someone who wants to grow fast, learn multiple technologies, and move beyond a single-client environment.

What You Will Do

• Deploy and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers at client sites
• Perform troubleshooting for L2/L3 network issues
• Configure and manage FortiGate / SonicWall / Huawei / Aruba / Ruijie firewalls and network equipment
• Support managed internet services and VPN connectivity
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and on-site support requests
• Maintain network documentation and site records
• Work with Senior Engineer on project rollouts across SG and MY

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certificates in IT Related field
• Candidates MUST have minimum 1 year working knowledge and hands-on with networking setup
• Candidates MUST have basic working knowledge of Internet Connectivity and networking solutions such as WiFi APs, switches, firewalls, routers
• Candidates MUST be HIGHLY RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE
• Candidates who are able to start work immediately are given priority.
