Athlete Development & Growth

• Manage day-to-day training programmes for assigned Para swimmers; provide regular feedback and maintain accurate athlete records.

Where assigned, provide direct coaching input to pipeline athletes.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge of World Para Swimming classification; assist in preparing athletes for classification events.
• Support spexCarding, spexPotential, and spexScholarship obligations for assigned athletes.

Coaching Team & Operations

• Support the Head Coach in day-to-day NTC coaching team operations; deputise for the Head Coach when absent.
• Participate actively in coaching development activities and workshops facilitated by the Technical Director and Head Coach.

Competition & Major Games

• Serve as assistant bench coach at all major competitions including APG29, Asian Para Games, Paralympic Games, World Para Swimming Championships, and World Series events.
