Job Summary

Manicurists provide daily nail and hand care services, including manicures, pedicures, massages, and nail treatments, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities

• Discuss nail treatments, nail care and treatment options, and available services with clients to guide their choices
• Remove nail polish safely and efficiently to prepare nails for services and/or treatments
• Clean, trim, and file nails to achieve desired shapes and maintain nail health
• Reduce calluses and smooth rough skin to improve hand and foot comfort
• Massage and moisturize hands during manicures and feet during pedicures to enhance client relaxation
• Perform manicures and pedicures tailored to client preferences to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation and environment to meet hygiene standards
• Stay informed on the latest nail trends and techniques to offer modern services
• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
