Responsibilities

• Prepare and review documentation for secured and non-mortgage loan facilities
• Perform documentation checks to ensure compliance with credit standards and turnaround timelines
• Conduct pre-disbursement checks, identifying and escalating any discrepancies or deviations
• Complete documentation checklists for loan disbursement and activation, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Monitor compliance with special conditions tied to credit facilities and flag any issues
• Draft letters for amendments to loan terms and conditions
• Follow up with law firms on outstanding title deeds for safekeeping
• Maintain proper filing, documentation, and archival of records and reports

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle documentation accurately
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g., bankers, credit teams, lawyers)
• Positive attitude with a proactive and can-do mindset
