ARTS JUNIOR MONTESSORI LLP is a established Pre-School in Singapore, with vast experience in Montessori learning, we also house a training centre for teachers with no Montessori background to have fundamental in Montessori Philosophy and methods. Many of our students are from overseas and have benefited from our flexi programs which include enrichment lessons like music, arts, sports and martial arts.

Job Summary

Montessori Teacher responsible for delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences to children from Playgroup to Kindergarten, fostering growth through Montessori methods and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design weekly and daily activities tailored to children’s developmental stages to enhance learning outcomes
• Prepare and organize educational materials for effective presentation and engagement during activities
• Conduct Montessori activities that promote independent learning and skill development in young children
• Document children’s progress and classroom activities through detailed portfolios and photographic records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
• Collaborate proactively with colleagues to support a cohesive and supportive teaching team
• Apply Montessori principles and methods to deliver a nurturing and structured educational experience

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess ECDA certified LON L1/L2 certification
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with children and colleagues

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with children in Playgroup to Kindergarten settings
• Diploma in Montessori education or equivalent training
• Demonstrated dedication to early childhood education and development
