About The Opportunity

We are currently seeking highly skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our prestigious Executive Health Screening Centre.

As a key member of our Healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facility.

Medical Centre Operations

• Perform and administer a wide range of clinical duties, including taking medical history, administration of patient questionnaires, performing health screening tests, phlebotomy,injections, conducting ECGs and administering treadmill stress tests etc.
• Manage administrative tasks such as managing appointments, organizing patient records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive medical reports based on test results and provide recommendations for further evaluation or treatment.
• Operate the clinic CMS(Clinical Management System) to input patient data, update medical records, and generate reports.
• Educate patients on health screening procedures, answer their inquiries, and provide guidance on maintaining optimal health.

Mobile Clinical Services

• Manage projects and perform nursing duties at locations outside of the medical centre, such as running pop-up clinics independently to conduct nursing consultations, support on-site health screening teams during planned events and other mobile clinical operations.
• Work on pre and post event preparations, administrative tasks and logistics.
• Coordinate with client representatives and site contacts to ensure smooth setup, patient flow, and operational readiness at external locations. Ensure proper adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, and infection control practices in all offsite environments.
  

Skills Required:

• 3 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience in performing nursing duties and administration of health screening tests.
• Familiarity with operating a clinic CMS system and preparing medical reports.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in recording patient information and test results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and provide appropriate care.
