Job Description
We are representing our client, a large IT solution provider, to look for an experienced MS Dynamics Consultant will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation and Application Support & Maintenance (ASM) activities. The role involves functional analysis, system configuration, technical support, minor enhancements, and coordination with the development team to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for D365 customizations and enhancements
- Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, plug-ins, and integrations
- Perform testing and validation of CRM solutions, including SIT and UAT coordination
- Manage release documentation and deployment checklists
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshoot issues, and implement workarounds
- Record reported issues, assess their urgency and impact, and escalate them to the development team for resolution
- Support and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Coordinate cross-functional communications regarding releases and issue resolution
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Manage project documentation and artifacts
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) implementation and support
- Strong experience in D365 customizations, plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate
- Experience supporting and fine-tuning Power BI reports
- Hands-on experience supporting D365 on-prem and D365 Online (cloud) environments
- Experience in data migration, including data mapping, import, and validation
- Understanding of D365 architecture and integration concepts
- Experience supporting development teams in delivery and maintenance environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
