Job Description

About Lucence
Lucence is advancing cancer care through precision oncology, delivering clinically actionable insights through next-generation sequencing (NGS) and liquid biopsy technology. Our work spans treatment selection, minimal residual disease (MRD), and multi-cancer early detection (MCED).

About the Role
Reporting to the Medical Director, the MSL will engage healthcare professionals across oncology and hematology to support the appropriate use of Lucence’s NGS-based clinical assays. You’ll play a key role in translating science into clinical impact across the APAC region and the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scientific relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and pathologists
  • Provide clinical and scientific education on Lucence’s precision oncology solutions, including applications in MRD, MCED, and therapy selection
  • Support regional KOL engagement, advisory boards, and educational initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Clinical, Commercial, and Product teams to inform strategy
  • Communicate field insights and emerging trends to internal stakeholders
  • Represent Lucence at conferences and support clinical studies, including investigator-led research and real-world data

Qualifications

  • MD, PhD, or PharmD strongly preferred in oncology, molecular biology, genetics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or a clinical/scientific role in oncology or diagnostics
  • Expertise in NGS, liquid biopsy, and the clinical application of molecular testing
  • Familiarity with MRD and MCED technologies and their clinical adoption
  • Skilled at presenting complex data to HCPs and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Singapore and APAC healthcare systems, with ability to support U.S. engagements
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel (~30–40%) across APAC and occasionally to the U.S.

Why Join Lucence?
Be part of a mission-driven team shaping the future of personalized cancer care. At Lucence, you’ll help bring precision diagnostics to more patients—so clinicians can make faster, more informed decisions at every stage of cancer.
