Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• Drive product awareness and sales growth through effective account management and business development activities
• Execute marketing initiatives and product launch activities to support business objectives
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate product evaluations and trials within healthcare institutions
• Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical support to customers
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
• Manage customer feedback, enquiries, and product-related concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate sales records, account updates, and monthly activity reports
• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and educational programs when required
• Uphold professional and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Passion for sales, relationship building, and business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a results-oriented mindset
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a team environment
• Leadership experience through co-curricular activities, sports, projects, or other achievements will be advantageous
