Job Description
MORROW MEDICAL
MORROW Medical is a physician-led longevity and lifestyle medicine clinic in Singapore, focused on helping individuals understand, optimise, and protect their long-term health. We combine comprehensive health screening, preventive care, and evidence-based lifestyle medicine to identify early signs of metabolic, cardiovascular, and functional change—often before disease develops. Our fully licensed doctors diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, and manage chronic disease where required, while also guiding patients through personalised lifestyle interventions that support sustainable improvement. From preventive screening to ongoing medical management, MORROW Medical delivers integrated care designed to strengthen function, resilience, and long-term health outcomes.
Reports To: General Manager
Working Location: Singapore
Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary Medical Director to lead and elevate our Lifestyle Medicine and Longevity practice. This is not a traditional medical leadership role — it’s an opportunity to redefine how medicine integrates with movement, nutrition, technology, and behaviour change to enable preventive, personalised, and sustainable health outcomes.
As Medical Director, you will oversee our clinical team, ensure excellence in care delivery, and drive innovation across our multidisciplinary ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical philosophy, mentoring physicians, and embedding evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine into every facet of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Leadership & Oversight
Provide overall clinical governance and supervision across all medical services.
Oversee and support physicians to ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and professionalism.
Conduct regular medical huddles with doctors and multidisciplinary teams (e.g. dietitians, physiologists, health coaches, and psychologists) to review cases, share insights, and align on care plans.
Lead and model the Lifestyle Medicine approach in clinical practice, integrating nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and behaviour change principles.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and interpret advanced diagnostics to guide personalised, preventive interventions.
Ensure compliance with MOH, SMC, and HSA standards and ethical codes.
2. Program Development & Integrated Care
Co-design and oversee Lifestyle Medicine Group Programs, Shared Medical Appointments, and chronic disease prevention pathways.
Collaborate with allied health and wellness teams to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.
Evaluate and refine protocols to ensure clinical effectiveness and innovation in service delivery.
3. Mentorship, Training & Culture
Mentor and develop new doctors, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and compassionate care in the Lifestyle Medicine philosophy.
Lead case discussions, clinical audits, and peer-review sessions to promote continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing education and supervision to allied health and coaching teams on Lifestyle Medicine principles.
Champion MORROW’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation in health optimisation.
4. Digital Health, Technology & AI Enablement
Partner with Product and Digital Platform to co-develop app-based care flows and digital health journeys.
Contribute to automation, telemedicine workflows, and digital education pathways to enhance patient engagement and adherence.
Ensure digital tools are clinically sound, patient-centred, and aligned with medical ethics.
5. Operational & Commercial Leadership
Work with the GM and Head of Clinical Operations to achieve clinical and commercial objectives.
Offer insights to Head of Clinical Operations to optimise clinic operations, physician scheduling, and patient flow to maximise efficiency and quality.
6. Patient Experience & Quality Improvement
Drive excellence across the entire patient journey — from first contact to follow-up.
Monitor clinical outcomes, satisfaction, and adherence metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Implement evidence-based enhancements to continually elevate patient experience and results.
Qualifications & Experience
Medical Degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from a medical school accredited and registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
- Full SMC registration
Higher or postgraduate qualification registrable with SMC (e.g. MRCGP, MMed (FM), GDFM) is highly desirable.
Board Certification by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (DipIBLM)
Proven experience in clinical leadership, physician oversight, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Demonstrated track record in preventive, lifestyle-focused, and longevity medicine.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor teams.
Proficiency in EMR (eg. Plato) systems and telehealth platforms.
In-depth understanding of MOH Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) for chronic disease management and prevention.
Adherence to the SMC Ethical Code and Guidelines, with strong professional integrity and judgement
At Morrow, you will not only help define operational excellence but also build the culture, rhythm, and future of interventions. You won't just be joining a team. You will be co-creating tomorrow.
