Medical Device Sales Representative
Role Description
• Negotiate and close deals by sourcing and securing new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and understand their clinical and business needs
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clinics, medical centres and hospitals
• Conduct regular sales calls and client visits to healthcare institutions
• Perform product demonstrations and promote the company’s medical devices
• Apply market and product knowledge to support sales and marketing strategies
• Support workshops, seminars, trade shows and exhibitions
• Share market insights and clinical feedback with the internal team
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices (e.g., ultrasound devices)
• Strong interest in sales, marketing and medical technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and achieve sales targets
• Independent, resourceful and customer-oriented
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with good analytical skills
• Proficiency in English is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin may be advantageous when interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
