Responsibilities:

• Plays a primary role in the development and execution of medical affairs plans for assigned assets
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, specialized and holistic care to patients
• Engage with external medical experts and leaders to advance patient care knowledge
• Conduct peer medical exchange to facilitate the exchanges of medical information and insights to support collaboration
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
• Keep up to date to global medical knowledge and adapt medical goals and strategies to fit the Company context
• Responsible for advanced patient care
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in the relevant field with the necessary certification
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the medical industry
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
