Job Description

• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Tunnel mechanical-related works at site such as TBM, Slurry Treatment Plant, ventilation, gantry crane, locomotive etc.
• Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools etc, required for all Tunnel mechanical and related works.
• Interprets drawings , contract document and applicable standards or specifications.
• Preparation of method statement and drawing for mechanical and related works.
• Coordinate with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspections of works.
• Preparation of site daily reports, inspection request and all relevant progress monitoring report.
• Ensure all the works done are in accordance to the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications and applicable standards.
• Testing, commissioning and maintenance of all equipment on site.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject.
• At least 5years relevant experience in construction projects.
• Experience with Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) and Slurry Treatment Plants (STP) will be added advantage.
