Coordinate and supervise M&E works including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and other building services.

· Review M&E drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with architectural and structural plans.

· Liaise with consultants, M&E subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site and design issues.

· Monitor progress of M&E works on-site and report to Project Manager regularly.

· Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

· Attend coordination meetings and assist in the integration of M&E systems with overall project planning.

· Track and manage materials, tools, and manpower requirements for M&E installations.

· Ensure proper documentation and assist with testing and commissioning processes.

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related field.

· At least 3–5 years of experience in M&E coordination in construction or engineering projects.

· Strong knowledge of M&E systems, building codes, and safety regulations.
