Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project schedule and contract specifications

• Prepare and submit technical documents, including product catalogues, shop drawings, method statements, and O&M manuals

• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates and reports to management

• Oversee site documentation and ensure proper record-keeping for assigned projects

• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues

• Participate in testing and commissioning activities with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants

• Conduct system training and handover to clients upon project completion

• Support project execution and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• At least 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry

• Knowledge of ACMV systems (Air-Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation) is an advantage
