Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)operations for a premium commercial asset, optimizing Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) to ensure exceptionalservice delivery.
• Formulate and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets, activelymanaging tender processes for capital replacements, facility upgrades, andproactive maintenance works.
• Administer third-party vendor contracts and meticulouslyevaluate the performance of outsourced service providers to uphold stringentService Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Spearhead comprehensive preventive maintenance schedulesand emergency response frameworks, conducting rigorous site inspections toswiftly rectify defects and operational irregularities.
• Coordinate seamless tenant handover and reinstatementprojects, ensuring strict alignment with technical guidelines while addressingstakeholder feedback with urgency.
• Champion workplace safety and statutory compliance,liaising with relevant regulatory bodies to enforce WSH guidelines across allfacility engineering activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, RealEstate, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven managerial experience inproperty management, specifically spearheading M&E operations withinlarge-scale commercial or retail facilities.
• Mandatory capability to interpret complex technical blueprints and oversee the maintenance of sophisticated M&E equipmentutilized in premium commercial real estate.
• Comprehensive understanding of local statutory codes,building regulations, and facility safety standards.
• Familiarity with Green Mark sustainability criteria and WSH-bizSAFE frameworks will be viewed as highly advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities coupled withstrong verbal and written communication skills to engage cross-functional teamseffectively.
