Overview

M&E Manager to lead and manage the M&E team across multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical works, ensuring smooth coordination between design, construction, and commissioning phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M&E team in planning, execution, and coordination of M&E works across projects.
• Review and approve M&E designs, shop drawings, and submissions to ensure compliance with contract requirements and statutory regulations.
• Manage subcontractors and consultants to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of M&E works.
• Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, and civil teams to ensure integration of M&E systems.
• Drive project schedules, monitor progress, and resolve technical or site issues.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of M&E systems to clients and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to junior M&E engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E experience in a main contractor environment, with proven track record in Building Projects
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, ACMV, and fire protection systems.
