Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for construction projects
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on M&E installation
• Ensure M&E works meet project specifications and safety requirements
• Manage project schedules and resolve technical issues
• Conduct inspections and testing of M&E systems
• Monitor progress and prepare reports for project management

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 8–12 years experience in M&E construction projects
• Strong knowledge of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
• Experience managing subcontractors and project teams
• Good project management and coordination skills
