• Co-ordinates and oversees all M&E works on site;
• Experience with Authority submission requirements;
• Enforces the Company's Management System pertaining to work processes on site;
• Manage of labour, plant and material;
• Ensures all works on site are done according to specifications, safely, on schedule and within budget;
• Controls and co-ordinates sub-contractors to promote safework practices, safety habits and activities;
• Liaises with client's representatives and consultants on site works;
• Able to lead the lead under M&E work scope;
• Recognize related degree certificate with minimum 6 years of related experience
• Min 10-year experiences in Construction field ;
• Degree recognised by SG PE Board ;
• project in North west of SG
