Job Summary

Lead and manage Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering activities for construction projects in Singapore, driving successful project delivery through strategic planning, coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all M&E engineering activities throughout construction projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the commissioning of M&E systems to meet project specifications and operational standards
• Supervise subcontractors and vendors to enforce quality control and safety compliance on site
• Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and actionable insights to management
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and project managers to identify and resolve technical challenges
• Ensure all M&E works comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and quality frameworks such as CONQUAS and QM
• Prepare comprehensive M&E documentation, detailed reports, and progress updates to support project transparency and decision-making
• Utilize Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other M&E design tools to enhance project design and execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline (PE Board-recognized preferred)
• Minimum 3–4 years of M&E engineering experience in Singapore
• Proven ability to manage full project cycles, preferably in commercial construction projects
