Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Quantity Surveyor by providing accurate information to prepare work-in-progress claims and variation works
• Review structural, architectural, and M&E drawings together to identify and resolve coordination conflicts or problems
• Issue relevant structural and architectural drawings to M&E sub-contractors for preparing their shop drawings and provide any amendment drawings, sketches, or information promptly
• Communicate with sub-contractors to clarify discrepancies in their drawings and regularly update consultants and the Project Manager until issues are resolved
• Monitor and control M&E subcontractors’ progress to prevent delays to other trades and ensure timely completion of works
• Coordinate with M&E sub-contractors on producing structural penetration drawings and cast-in items, and report these provisions to the Project Engineer during technical meetings

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering | Mechanical Engineering or equivalent academic qualifications
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in M&E
• Must be experienced with High Rise Building Projects in Singapore
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A solid team player
