About the Scope

Experienced M&E professional with strong exposure to Mechanical & Electrical works for building projects from construction through completion. Proven ability to coordinate multi-discipline interfaces, manage subcontractors, and deliver M&E systems in compliance with Singapore codes, authority requirements, and project specifications.

• Managed Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for building projects from construction stage through TOP / CSC completion

• Coordinated M&E shop drawings, BIM models, and site interfaces with Architectural, Structural, and Civil teams to resolve clashes and constructability issues

• Supervised and coordinated M&E subcontractors to ensure works were executed safely, on schedule, and to required quality standards

• Managed authority submissions, inspections, and approvals with relevant agencies including BCA, SCDF, PUB, SP Group, and NEA

• Oversaw testing & commissioning (T&C), system integration, defects rectification, and preparation of handover documentation

• Monitored M&E progress, costs, variations, and subcontractor claims, supporting commercial and project control requirements

• Ensured full compliance with contract specifications, Singapore Codes of Practice, and WSH requirements

• Identified, coordinated, and resolved site coordination, technical, and construction issues in a timely manner

• Prepared and managed RFIs, technical clarifications, and coordination records

• Guided and mentored junior M&E engineers and site staff, providing technical direction and site support

• Supported Project Manager in M&E planning, sequencing, and coordination matters (Assistant Manager level)

Qualification

• Strong coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Structural, and Civil disciplines

• Good understanding of M&E construction methods, testing, and commissioning
