We are seeking a motivated M&E Drafter cum Coordinator to support Mechanical & Electrical(M&E) design, drafting, and site coordination works. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in construction projects, with structured guidance from senior engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update M&E shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit (BIM).
• Coordinate drawings with consultants, architects, and structural teams to resolve clashes.
• Assist in preparing combined services drawings (CSD) and authority submission documents.
• Liaise with subcontractors on technical queries, materials, and drawing submissions.
• Support site coordination activities, including inspections and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and Singapore codes of practice.
• Conduct basic quality checks and ensure Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) compliance.
• Attend coordination/site meetings and prepare minutes/reports.
• Provide drafting, documentation, and administrative support to the project team.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor technical/site coordination issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management to support project and team needs.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience(Fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of ACMV ,electrical, plumbing & sanitary systems preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH regulations and building codes is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and grow.
